Honey Roasted Almonds
In a medium bowl, combine raw almonds, honey, olive oil (or coconut oil), and salt. Toss well until all almonds are evenly coated.

- 200 g Raw whole almonds
- 1.5 tbsp Honey
- 0.5 tbsp Olive oil or coconut oil
- 0.25 tsp Salt
Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine raw almonds, honey, olive oil (or coconut oil), and salt. Toss well until all almonds are evenly coated.
- Spread the coated almonds in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry at 140°C for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket every 4 minutes. The almonds should be golden brown and sticky. Be careful as honey can burn easily.
- Once cooked, immediately transfer the almonds to a piece of parchment paper or a silicone mat to cool. Separate them with a fork if they stick together.
- Let them cool completely to achieve a crunchy texture. Store in an airtight container.
