Honey Garlic Air Fryer Shrimp and Scallops
In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger powder, and olive oil to create the marinade.

- 200 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 200 g sea scallops, patted dry
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 0.5 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger powder, and olive oil to create the marinade.
- Add the shrimp and scallops to the marinade, tossing gently to coat. Let marinate for 5-10 minutes (do not marinate for too long as seafood can become tough).
- Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Place the marinated shrimp and scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until seafood is pink and opaque. Do not overcrowd the basket.
