Honey Balsamic Chicken Thighs
In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Ingredients
- 600 g boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 60 ml balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Steps
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your air fryer to 190°C.
- Place marinated chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Discard any remaining marinade.
- Cook for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken is cooked through and glazed (internal temperature 74°C).
