Hoisin pork
Toss pork with hoisin, soy, vinegar and garlic. Marinate 15 min.
Ingredients
- 400 g pork strips
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Steps
- Toss pork with hoisin, soy, vinegar and garlic. Marinate 15 min.
- Air fry at 200°C for 12–15 min. Sprinkle with sesame.
- Serve with rice and steamed veg.
