Air Fryer Herb Crusted Pork Loin
Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
Ingredients
- 500 g pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture evenly over the entire pork tenderloin.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket. Cook for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F) is reached.
- Remove from the air fryer, tent with foil, and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
