Herb crusted cod
Mix breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, oil and salt. Press onto cod.
Ingredients
- 2 piece cod fillets
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.25 tsp salt
Steps
- Mix breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, oil and salt. Press onto cod.
- Place in air fryer. Cook at 200°C for 12–14 min until flaky.
- Serve with lemon.
