Halloumi fries
Pat halloumi dry and cut into finger-sized sticks. Toss with oil, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- 250 g halloumi, cut into sticks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 piece lemon wedge to serve
Steps
- Pat halloumi dry and cut into finger-sized sticks. Toss with oil, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Arrange in air fryer basket in one layer. Cook at 200°C for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp, flipping halfway.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedge.
