Gyoza
Mix pork, soy, oil and cabbage. Fill wrappers; pleat and seal.
Ingredients
- 12 piece gyoza wrappers
- 150 g minced pork
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 0.5 cup cabbage, finely chopped
Steps
- Mix pork, soy, oil and cabbage. Fill wrappers; pleat and seal.
- Air fry at 200°C for 10–12 min.
- Serve with rice vinegar and chilli.
