Golden Air Fryer Crab Cakes

- 450 g lump crab meat, drained and picked over
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 0.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 piece large egg, lightly beaten
- 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
- q.s. piece olive oil spray
Steps
- In a large bowl, gently combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and beaten egg. Fold in 1/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs.
- Form the mixture into 8 small cakes. Lightly coat each crab cake with the remaining panko breadcrumbs.
- Preheat your air fryer to 185°C (365°F).
- Lightly spray the crab cakes with olive oil. Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and heated through. Serve with lemon wedges or tartar sauce.
