Gnocchi crispy
Pat gnocchi dry if needed. In a bowl, toss gnocchi with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
Ingredients
- 500 g gnocchi (store-bought)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning or dried basil
Steps
- Pat gnocchi dry if needed. In a bowl, toss gnocchi with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.
- Spread in air fryer basket in one layer. Cook at 200°C for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Toss with Parmesan and serve hot.
