Garlic Parmesan Kale Crisps
Wash and thoroughly dry the kale leaves. It's crucial for them to be completely dry to get crispy. Tear them into bite-sized pieces, removing the tough stems.
Ingredients
- 150 g Kale, stems removed and torn into pieces
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
- 0.25 tsp Salt
Steps
- Wash and thoroughly dry the kale leaves. It's crucial for them to be completely dry to get crispy. Tear them into bite-sized pieces, removing the tough stems.
- In a large bowl, toss the kale with olive oil, minced garlic, and salt until the leaves are lightly coated.
- Place the kale in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary, ensuring not to overcrowd.
- Air fry at 150°C for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Watch carefully, as kale can burn quickly. The kale should be crispy but not burnt.
- Once cooked, immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and toss gently. Serve warm.
