Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bites
In a bowl, toss chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
Ingredients
- 500 g boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- In a bowl, toss chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if necessary.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 74°C) and lightly browned.
- Immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and toss gently. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
