Garlic butter steak
Brush steak with half the butter and garlic; season with salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- 2 piece steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Brush steak with half the butter and garlic; season with salt and pepper.
- Air fry at 200°C for 8–12 min (depending on thickness) to desired doneness. Rest 5 min.
- Top with remaining garlic butter and serve.
