Garlic Butter Air Fryer Lobster Tails

Ingredients
- 2 piece lobster tails (approx. 150-200g each)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Using kitchen shears, cut down the middle of the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the base of the tail. Gently pull the meat up through the opening, resting it on top of the shell.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and firm. Cooking time will vary based on the size of the tails.
