Fruit skewers
Thread pineapple, mango, strawberries and banana onto skewers, alternating. Brush with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup mango chunks
- 8 piece strawberries
- 1 piece banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 4 piece wooden skewers (soaked 10 min)
Steps
- Thread pineapple, mango, strawberries and banana onto skewers, alternating. Brush with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Place skewers in air fryer basket (or lay on parchment). Cook at 190°C for 6–8 minutes until fruit is slightly caramelised.
- Serve warm as a snack or dessert.
