Five spice pork
Mix pork with five spice, soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger; marinate 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 500 g pork tenderloin, sliced
- 1 tsp five spice powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Steps
- Mix pork with five spice, soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger; marinate 15 minutes.
- Place pork in air fryer basket in one layer. Cook at 200°C for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until caramelised and cooked through.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rice or greens.
