Eggplant stacks
Layer eggplant, marinara and cheese. Repeat. Top with Parmesan.

- 1 piece eggplant, sliced
- 100 g mozzarella
- 0.5 cup marinara
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
Steps
- Layer eggplant, marinara and cheese. Repeat. Top with Parmesan.
- Air fry at 180°C for 18–22 min.
- Serve hot.
