Spread ricotta on each slice; add marinara and basil. Roll up.

- 1 piece eggplant, sliced lengthwise
- 150 g ricotta
- 2 tbsp marinara
- 0.5 tsp basil
Steps
- Spread ricotta on each slice; add marinara and basil. Roll up.
- Place in air fryer. Cook at 180°C for 15–18 min.
- Serve with extra marinara.
