Edamame & Quinoa Air Fryer Bites
Lightly mash the cooked edamame in a bowl. Add cooked quinoa, breadcrumbs, chopped fresh dill, lemon zest, and olive oil.
Ingredients
- 200 g shelled edamame, cooked
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- Lightly mash the cooked edamame in a bowl. Add cooked quinoa, breadcrumbs, chopped fresh dill, lemon zest, and olive oil.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined and a sticky mixture forms.
- Form the mixture into small, golf-ball sized bites.
- Preheat air fryer to 185°C. Place bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden and firm.
