Season duck with salt and five spice. Place skin-side up in air fryer.

- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp five spice (optional)
Steps
- Season duck with salt and five spice. Place skin-side up in air fryer.
- Cook at 190°C for 18–22 min until skin is crisp and meat medium. Rest 5 min.
- Slice and serve.
