- 700 g pork country-style ribs or individual sparerib sections
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Pat pork ribs dry. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper to create the dry rub.
- Generously rub the spice mixture all over the pork ribs, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (325°F). Place the ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
- Cook for 25 minutes at 160°C (325°F).
- Increase the air fryer temperature to 200°C (390°F). Cook for another 8-10 minutes, flipping once, until the ribs are tender and slightly crispy on the outside.
