Crispy tofu
Toss tofu with soy sauce and sesame oil, then dust with cornflour and garlic powder.
Ingredients
- 400 g firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
Steps
- Toss tofu with soy sauce and sesame oil, then dust with cornflour and garlic powder.
- Arrange in air fryer. Cook at 200°C for 15–18 min, shaking halfway, until golden.
- Serve over rice or in stir-fries.
