Crispy Chickpea & Cauliflower Bites

- 400 g canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 300 g cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Steps
- Chop cauliflower into small pieces and mash chickpeas lightly. Combine with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into small, bite-sized balls or patties.
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C. Arrange bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd.
- Air fry for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
