Crab cakes
Mix crab, mayo, egg, breadcrumbs, mustard and seasoning. Form into patties.
Ingredients
- 300 g crabmeat
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 piece egg
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 0.5 tsp Old Bay or paprika
Steps
- Mix crab, mayo, egg, breadcrumbs, mustard and seasoning. Form into patties.
- Place in air fryer. Cook at 200°C for 10–12 min, flipping once.
- Serve with lemon and aioli.
