Cod bites
Coat cod in flour, egg, then panko. Season with salt.
Ingredients
- 400 g cod, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1 piece egg, beaten
- 4 tbsp panko
- 0.5 tsp salt
Steps
- Coat cod in flour, egg, then panko. Season with salt.
- Arrange in air fryer. Cook at 200°C for 10–12 min until golden.
- Serve with tartar sauce.
