- 200 g Pecan halves
- 1 tbsp Melted butter or coconut oil
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Brown sugar (optional)
- 0.25 tsp Salt
Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine pecan halves with melted butter or coconut oil, ground cinnamon, brown sugar (if using), and salt. Toss until the pecans are evenly coated.
- Spread the coated pecans in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 150°C for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket every 3-4 minutes, until fragrant and lightly toasted. Be careful not to burn them.
- Remove from the air fryer and spread on a plate or baking sheet to cool completely. They will become crispier as they cool.
- Serve as a snack or sprinkle over salads and desserts.
