Chickpea nuggets
Mix chickpeas, breadcrumbs, egg, paprika, garlic and salt. Shape into nuggets.
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and mashed
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 piece egg
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 0.25 tsp garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp salt
Steps
- Mix chickpeas, breadcrumbs, egg, paprika, garlic and salt. Shape into nuggets.
- Arrange in air fryer. Cook at 200°C for 12–14 min, flipping once.
- Serve with ketchup or dip.
