Chicken parmesan
Coat chicken in flour, egg, then breadcrumb-Parmesan mix. Place in air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 piece chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 1 piece egg, beaten
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs mixed with 2 tbsp Parmesan
- 0.5 cup marinara sauce
- 50 g mozzarella, sliced
Steps
- Coat chicken in flour, egg, then breadcrumb-Parmesan mix. Place in air fryer.
- Cook at 200°C for 10–12 min. Top with marinara and mozzarella; cook 2–3 min more until cheese melts.
- Serve with pasta or salad.
