Mix flour, milk, garlic, salt into batter. Coat florets, place in basket.

- 60 g flour
- 80 ml plant milk
- 3 tbsp hot sauce
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
Steps

- Air fry at 200°C for 15–18 min. Toss with hot sauce, serve.
