Calamari rings
Cut the squid into rings about ½ cm thick. Pat dry. Toss in seasoned flour (or flour with a pinch of salt and pepper). Shake off excess.
Ingredients
- 300 g Squid
- 200 g Plain Flour
- 2 piece Capers
- 1 clove Garlic
- 5 piece Mayonnaise
- 1 g Vegetable Oil
- 1 piece Lemon
Steps
- Cut the squid into rings about ½ cm thick. Pat dry. Toss in seasoned flour (or flour with a pinch of salt and pepper). Shake off excess.
- Arrange calamari in air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray or brush with oil. Air fry at 200°C for 6–8 minutes until golden and crisp, shaking basket halfway.
- Serve immediately with garlic mayonnaise and lemon wedges.
