Cabbage wedges
Cut the cabbage into 6–8 wedges, keeping the core attached so they hold together.
Ingredients
- 1 piece green cabbage, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
Steps
- Cut the cabbage into 6–8 wedges, keeping the core attached so they hold together.
- Brush both sides of each wedge with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Arrange wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Air fry at 190°C for 16–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are golden and tender.
- Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon or your favourite sauce.
