  2. Brush both sides of each wedge with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Arrange wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Air fry at 190°C for 16–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are golden and tender.
  4. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon or your favourite sauce.
