Cabbage rolls
Mix meat, rice, egg and salt. Wrap in cabbage leaves. Place in dish; pour tomato sauce over.
Ingredients
- 8 piece cabbage leaves, blanched
- 300 g minced meat
- 0.5 cup cooked rice
- 1 piece egg
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 cup tomato sauce
Steps
- Mix meat, rice, egg and salt. Wrap in cabbage leaves. Place in dish; pour tomato sauce over.
- Cover with foil in air fryer. Cook at 180°C for 35–40 min.
- Serve with bread.
