Butternut cubes
Toss squash cubes with oil, salt and nutmeg.
Ingredients
- 500 g butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp nutmeg
Steps
- Toss squash cubes with oil, salt and nutmeg.
- Air fry at 200°C for 18–22 min, shaking halfway, until golden.
- Serve as side.
