Black bean balls
Mix beans, breadcrumbs, egg, cumin, garlic powder and salt. Form balls.
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained and mashed
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 piece egg
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 0.25 tsp garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp salt
Steps
- Mix beans, breadcrumbs, egg, cumin, garlic powder and salt. Form balls.
- Arrange in air fryer. Cook at 190°C for 12–14 min, shaking once.
- Serve with dip or in wraps.
