Bell pepper strips
Toss pepper strips with oil, salt, pepper and herbs.
Ingredients
- 3 piece bell peppers, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp dried Italian herbs
Steps
- Toss pepper strips with oil, salt, pepper and herbs.
- Arrange in air fryer. Cook at 200°C for 12–15 min, shaking halfway.
- Serve as side or in salads.
