Bell pepper boats
Mix rice, cheese, sauce, paprika and salt. Fill pepper halves.
Ingredients
- 2 piece bell peppers, halved and seeded
- 150 g cooked rice
- 50 g grated cheese
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 0.25 tsp salt
Steps
- Mix rice, cheese, sauce, paprika and salt. Fill pepper halves.
- Place in air fryer. Cook at 180°C for 18–20 min.
- Serve hot.
