Beef kebabs
Toss beef with oil, cumin, paprika and salt. Thread onto skewers with onion.
Ingredients
- 400 g beef, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 piece onion, chunked (for skewers)
Steps
- Toss beef with oil, cumin, paprika and salt. Thread onto skewers with onion.
- Place in air fryer. Cook at 200°C for 10–12 min, turning once.
- Serve with rice or flatbread.
