BBQ Air Fryer Chicken Quarters
Pat chicken quarters dry. Rub with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Ingredients
- 2 piece chicken leg quarters (about 700g total)
- 120 ml BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 0.75 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Pat chicken quarters dry. Rub with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat your air fryer to 190°C.
- Place chicken quarters skin-side up in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes. Flip the chicken, brush generously with BBQ sauce, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Flip again, brush with more BBQ sauce, and cook for 5-10 more minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature 80°C) and the sauce is caramelized.
