Bao buns
Slice buns if needed. Fill with meat, hoisin and onion.
Ingredients
- 200 g bao dough or steamed buns
- 150 g pork belly or char siu
- 2 tbsp hoisin
- 1 tbsp spring onion
Steps
- Slice buns if needed. Fill with meat, hoisin and onion.
- Air fry at 180°C for 5–6 min to crisp.
- Serve hot.
