Banana fritters
Mash bananas with a fork in a bowl. Add brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and a pinch of salt. Sift in flour and stir until just combined.

- 3 piece Banana
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 3 piece Brown Sugar
- 1 piece Salt
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1 g Oil
Steps
- Mash bananas with a fork in a bowl. Add brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and a pinch of salt. Sift in flour and stir until just combined.
- Drop heaped spoonfuls of batter onto parchment in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each. Lightly spray or brush with oil.
- Air fry at 180°C for 8–10 minutes until golden, flipping halfway. Serve warm with a dusting of icing sugar or maple syrup.
