Baked Oatmeal Energy Bites
In a large bowl, combine mashed banana, peanut butter, maple syrup/honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

- 150 g Rolled oats
- 1 pcs Ripe banana, mashed
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup or honey
- 2 tbsp Mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine mashed banana, peanut butter, maple syrup/honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Add rolled oats and mini chocolate chips (if using) to the wet ingredients. Stir well until everything is thoroughly combined and a thick dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into small, uniform balls (about 2.5-3 cm diameter). You should get around 10-12 bites.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket or line with parchment paper. Place the energy bites in a single layer, ensuring they don't touch.
- Air fry at 165°C for 10-12 minutes, flipping gently halfway through, until lightly golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool completely on a wire rack before serving. They will firm up further as they cool. Store in an airtight container.
