- 50 g mozzarella cubes
- 1 piece egg
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
Steps
- Shape risotto around cheese into balls. Coat in egg and breadcrumbs.
- Air fry at 200°C for 12–14 min.
- Serve with marinara.
