Air Fryer Apple Glazed Pork Steaks
Pat pork steaks dry and season with salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- 600 g boneless pork loin steaks (1.5-2 cm thick)
- 60 ml unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Pat pork steaks dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together apple sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard to create the glaze.
- Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for 3 minutes.
- Place pork steaks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes.
- Flip the steaks, brush generously with the apple glaze, and cook for another 5 minutes. Flip again, brush with more glaze, and cook for a final 3-5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F) and the glaze is caramelized.
- Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
