Air Fryer Teriyaki Salmon Cubes
Pat salmon cubes dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- 300 g Salmon fillet, skinless, cut into 2.5 cm cubes
- 4 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Steps
- Pat salmon cubes dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a medium bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Add the salmon cubes and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Place the salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry for 7-9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and lightly caramelized. Do not overcook to keep it tender.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately, perhaps over rice or with steamed vegetables.
