Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms
Gently clean mushrooms and remove stems. Chop stems finely.
Ingredients
- 400 g Cremini Mushrooms
- 100 g Cream Cheese, softened
- 50 g Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 clove Garlic, minced
- 30 g Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
Steps
- Gently clean mushrooms and remove stems. Chop stems finely.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped mushroom stems, and half of the parsley.
- Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with panko.
- Place stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes, until tender and golden. Garnish with remaining parsley.
