Pat steak dry, rub with oil, salt, and pepper.
Ingredients
- 300 g beef steak (e.g., sirloin)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Pat steak dry, rub with oil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 5 mins.
- Place steak in basket. Cook 7-8 mins for medium-rare.
- Flip steak halfway through cooking time.
- Rest steak 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
