Air Fryer Steak Bites
Pat steak dry and cut into 1-inch cubes.
Ingredients
- 600 g sirloin or ribeye steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- piece salt and black pepper
Steps
- Pat steak dry and cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Toss steak cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange steak in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 8-12 minutes, shaking basket halfway, until desired doneness.
