Air Fryer Spicy Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower
Preheat your air fryer to 190°C.
Ingredients
- 300 g broccoli florets
- 300 g cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Preheat your air fryer to 190°C.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli and cauliflower florets. Add olive oil, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until vegetables are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until tender-crisp and lightly charred.
- Serve hot as a spicy and healthy side dish.
