Air Fryer Spicy Roasted Chickpeas and Cauliflower
Pat the drained chickpeas very dry with a paper towel. Cut cauliflower into small florets.
Ingredients
- 400 g canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 300 g cauliflower florets, small
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Steps
- Pat the drained chickpeas very dry with a paper towel. Cut cauliflower into small florets.
- In a large bowl, combine chickpeas and cauliflower. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with smoked paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned chickpeas and cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 18-22 minutes, shaking the basket every 7-8 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender-crisp and the chickpeas are crispy.
