Air Fryer Spicy Cajun Tilapia
Pat tilapia fillets dry with paper towels. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
Ingredients
- 300 g Tilapia fillets
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- 0.25 tsp Cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
- to taste piece Salt and black pepper
Steps
- Pat tilapia fillets dry with paper towels. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine Cajun seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Brush each tilapia fillet with olive oil, then generously coat with the Cajun spice mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C. Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is opaque, flakes easily, and has a flavorful crust. Serve with a side of rice or a fresh salad.
